Full name Eli Franklin Richey, AKA "Son of Hightower" on social media. This hard-core self-identifying Antifa member has a long history of arrests for illegal activities. He claims to monitor police as his vocation and has written at least one article on Rose City Antifa's website. His activities became so obnoxious that Portland Police Chief Danielle Outlaw obtained a stalking protection order against Richey in 2017. In 2011, he was arrested at Portland's N17 Occupy protest where he was arrested for interfering with a police officer and failure to obey a police officer. In 2019 he was jailed on allegations of violating a stalking order against the city’s police chief and shoving a mayoral security guard. He was charged with fourth-degree assault, harassment and violating a court’s stalking protective order in the incident. He has an impressive rap sheet. In addition to the charges listed above, he's been arrested for indecent exposure, attempt to commit a Class B felony, attempt to commit a Class C/unclassified felony, assault and obstructing governmental or judicial administration. This 6'5" bruiser has been arrested numerous times for assault.
