Notes

Burns is a radical, Roman Catholic pacifist and one of the St. Patrick's Day Four who spread their own blood inside a military recruiting station in a suburb of Ithaca, New York in 2003. Burns was convicted of damage to government property and entering a military station for an unlawful purpose (both Federal). He was sentenced to six months and ordered to pay restitution. He later traveled to Guantanamo Bay as part of a delegation from Christian Peacemaker Teams. In 2012, Burns flew to Pakistan to protest the U.S. drone "occupation" of the country. After returning from the Islamic country, he said he felt "spiritually recharged". He worked for twenty years in the film industry, and is a member of the Directors Guild of America. To actually support himself, he walks dogs and paints houses. Burns stared as himself in a movie titled "The Trial of the St. Patrick's Day Four". He's an associate of Clare and Teresa Grady who also participated in the "action". He presumably continues to reside in the Ithaca area. Burns and his group pre-date Antifa but if Antifa had been around in the early 2000s it's likely they would have been allies. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Saint_Patrick%27s_Day_Four https://archive.vn/5ofJY https://archive.vn/41GBn https://archive.vn/69bvd https://archive.vn/2jynx
