Viveca Kim Licata (born May '89) is a not very convincing tranny who admitted in an interview to attending at least one George Floyd riot in NYC. It claims to have been shoved to the ground by police. It was living in Brooklyn at the time of the riots but moved to Baltimore a few years ago where it lives with numerous roommates in the Remington neighborhood. Licata has a B.A. from NYU. It's an artist and has produced great works such as "Fill All My Holes".
