Dionne Janiece Liles (DOB: 05/24/81) was arrested at an October 2020 BLM protest of a Confederate monument in Graham and charged with failure to disperse. She was previously arrested at a September 2020 protest for assault on a government official, trespassing and resisting a public officer. She had a 2005 bankruptcy. Liles used to run a consignment shop known as the Muse in Graham. The shop seems to have experienced financial difficulty during the Chinese coronavirus pandemic and her friends raised nearly $8K for her on GoFundMe but the shop closed anyway.
