Notes

Thomas Rosser Barnett (DOB: 03/03/73) is one of the people who runs Radical Guide, an online guide to places of interest to radicals. He fronts the punk band Strike Anywhere whose logo is similar to the Iron Front Antifa symbol but points downward to the right. The band's lyrics focus on police brutality, anti-capitalism, women's rights, animal rights and globalization. He said in an interview his band invited, "the radical press, anarchists, anti-racist action, cop-watch and anti-poverty groups" to their shows. He also said his band wants to, "connect our songs to the greater ideas and not just some academic, scholarly, historic work on anarchism and labor struggles." Other quotes of note: "What I’m seeing as far as the mainstream backlash against PC is a whiny, juvenile, spoiled extent of status quo white victimization that is really shameful and painful to have to witness." And, "It’s just so surprising at how much support Donald Trump has and how repugnant of a human being he is." Barnett has a charge for changing price tags on merchandise but otherwise has a clean criminal record. He's a vegan and animal rights supporter. His band is based out of Richmond but Barnett lives in Berkeley in a little rental house that's way too cute for a punk rocker. https://archive.ph/HKnLt, https://archive.ph/WOwmO https://www.radical-guide.com/about-us-2/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Barnett_(musician) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strike_Anywhere http://www.strikeanywhere.org/
