Notes

He's a black nationalist and BLM supporter and domestic terrorist who shot up a subway car in Brooklyn in April 2022 in a possibly racially motivated attack. He used a smoke bomb to create confusion and then opened fire. James injured ten people but didn't kill anyone. He posted racist rants on social media prior to his attack. According to Andy Ngo, James promoted the Black Liberation Army and Nation of Islam on social media. He pled guilty to ten counts of committing a terrorist attack in late 2022. A charge of discharging a firearm in commission of a felony appears to have been dropped. James had priors for an unspecified sex offense, possession of burglary tools and theft of services. In total, he was arrested nine times in NYC since the early '90s. James' parents must have known he would grow up to be a criminal since they named him after the famous outlaw and Jesse James' brother Frank. https://archive.ph/pwajw https://archive.ph/5soKQ https://archive.ph/KTTBk https://archive.ph/1Dwzn
