Dominic "Dom" Joseph Belcastro (DOB: 02/21/93) is a member of Portland Democratic Socialists of America and has social media connections to the Von Gilbert/Smith wing of Rose City Antifa. He was or is on the board of Portland Tenants United. In 2011, he was arrested for rape,sexual abuse and coercion. He was convicted on the coercion charge and given probation but the disposition of the other charges is unknown. He may have plead down to avoid a rape conviction. He doesn't show up in Oregon's sex offender registry but Oregon only lists the worst category online. He attended two year Portland Community College for five years and was a frequent writer for the PCC student newspaper, usually on socialist topics.
