Tammy Lynn Cheney (Born Dec. '74) is awesome mother of eight took two of her children, 17 year old Alexus and her 5 year old son on a 2016 road trip to visit historical sites. While in Baton Rouge, they participated in a riot held in honor of a dead criminal. Cheney and her daughter, Alexus Swope, were arrested, apparently because they left the five year old alone in the hot car with the family dog. Cheney claims the daughter was watching the toddler but photographic evidence shows the daughter on the front line holding a sign with no baby in sight. The five year old was placed with CPS and their dog went to the pound. Once in jail, Cheney and her daughter were separated because police were concerned they might cause a riot. Charges against both were eventually dropped. Cheney was later one of the plaintiffs in a lawsuit that scored a $1.16 mil. payout.
