According to a 2016 criminal investigation by the California Highway Patrol recently obtained by the William McKinley Institute, Nigel Nedal Mohammad Rayyan "arrived at the California State Capitol to support a planned action to deny the Traditionalist Worker Party (TWP) from assembling and speaking at their event."
