Notes
Antonio Castanon Luna (Born Sep. '89) was arrested at a 2016 riot in Baton Rouge. He doesn't have a criminal record so charges were probably dismissed. He was later one of the plaintiffs who sued the city and won a $1.16 mil. jackpot. Luna claims to be "DACAmented". That is, he's a DACA illegal who's allowed to remain in the U.S. Despite his illegal status, he's the Executive Director of the Mississippi Association of Educators. He probably lives in Jackson, Mississippi. Castanon seems to have been living in the Washington, D.C. area at the time of his riot arrest. https://web.archive.org/web/20240423141309/https://clearinghouse-umich-production.s3.amazonaws.com/media/doc/97005.pdf https://archive.ph/jIDpi#selection-979.0-979.21
