Jason Oliver is a lead singer for Direct Action Everywhere (DxE) and sings animal rights songs at all their actions where they take animals from factory farms and slaughterhouses. He was one of the first people charged for doing an "Open Rescue" and featured in the New York Times. The NYT piece talks about "cannibalism at costco". Jason's songs, especially "rescue you" lists all the animals DxE has rescued from factory farms. He also started a group called "anticolonial vegans" and tries to recruit houseless people to become vegan animal rights activists.
