Philip James Wolfe (Born Jul. '73) was part of a group that included notorious Antifa agitator Melissa Lewis who sued the city of Portland for not making riots more handicap accessible. The suit was later laughed out of court. Wolfe is deaf and claims to have a lengthy history of "activism" and said he attended numerous anti-police "protests". He live-streamed from a 2021 riot at the Justice Center. Unlike most radicals, he supports Israel, probably because he's Jewish. He doesn't celebrate the 4th of July because it's harmful to the environment and traumatizes animals in the name of capitalism. He's a police abolitionist too. Wolfe ran for Portland city council in 2018. He was on Portland's disability commission and helped pass an ordinance forcing bars to use closed captioning on their TVs. Wolfe was also president of the gay Northwest Rainbow Alliance for the Deaf. The group named him a Queer Hero of the Northwest in 2016. He now claims to be non-binary and doesn't use pronouns. He's a former alcoholic. Wolfe's last known address was an apartment in Old Town.
