Kevin T. Tubbs (born Jan '69) was a member of the radical environmentalist group Earth Liberation Front (ELF) who was sentenced to nearly 13 years in prison for arson crimes committed during the "Green Scare" period in the late '90s and early 2000s. Tubbs admitted to nine arson attacks and cooperated with federal prosecutors to get a reduced sentence. His arsons included attacks on a forest ranger station, a Eugene police station, an auto dealership, a tree farm, a lumber company and a horse meat plant. He also admitted to participating in the "battle" of Warner Creek where eco-terrorists set up barricades to prevent logging on an Oregon mountain. Tubbs was also ordered to pay over $10 mil. in restitution. He had priors for trespassing and disorderly conduct which may have been protest related. Tubbs lived in Oregon at the time he committed his ecoterrorist acts but now lives in the Omaha suburb of Bellevue where he works as a chauffeur for Marriot. Born June '83. Boette traveled with other Pittsburgh radicals to Washington, D.C. in April 2010. The group stayed at a church that was later criticized for housing violent protesters. According to Boette's grand jury testimony, the group discussed "redecoration", probably code for vandalism, and picked out targets on a map. Two D.C. banks were vandalized causing over $100K in damage. Boette was later called to testify in front of a federal grand jury investigating the case. He probably wasn't directly involved in the vandalism, or he would have exercised his fifth amendment right to remain silent. Because he testified against his radical buddies, he was named a snitch by the left. The anarchists who called him out as a snitch hinted that he may have been involved in the G20 protests which occurred in 2009 although Boette wasn't arrested. Ruby Katherine Montoya (DOB: 03/09/90) is an eco-terrorist who vandalized and torched construction equipment at the Dakota Access pipeline project in 2017. She was arrested in 2019 and charged with a slew of Federal offences including criminal mischief, interference with official acts, criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct and obstructing a roadway. The charges contained a terrorism enhancement. She initially plead guilty but after her co-conspirator Jessica Reznicek received an eight-year sentence, Montoya sought to withdraw her guilty plea in September 2021. She claimed her previous legal team, which included her allegedly abusive father, and "mental health" issues, coerced her into a plea bargain. She also claimed that activists at the Catholic Worker forced her into committing crimes. The prosecutors are seeking an eight-year sentence. According to the Economist magazine, Montoya began cooperating with the FBI in 2020 although she denied it. Her presumed cooperation got the radical Unicorn Riot news outlet's pantaloons up in a bunch and they ran several exposes on Montoya's alleged snitching to the Feds. She's at least a second generation radical as her father is well-known Arizona civil rights lawyer Stephen Montoya. She was living in Des Moines at the time of her crimes. While awaiting sentencing, she's living in a $700K house in Sedona, Arizona with an elderly woman who's probably her mother.
