Notes

Sean Michael Rayford (born Jun. '79) is a freelance photojournalist who attended the violent counter-protest to the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, VA in 2017. He's documented many other right-wing rallies including Stone Mountain in 2020. Unlike some journalists at UTR, Rayford doesn't appear to have been a neutral observer. He's named as Antifa by investigative reporting site The Justice Report. Rayford runs the Angry Whale website and documents racial injustice and "white supremacy". In 2023, Organize Against Transphobia member Hayden Blakeney reached out to Rayford who was described as sympathetic to OAT's cause. There's no evidence Rayford is a tranny or that he formally joined OAT. He's probably just an ally. He lives in Columbia. https://www.seanrayford.com/ https://www.sodacitizen.com/
