Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree Full name: William David Kerr (DOB: 02/05/87). According to reporting by Andy Ngo, Kerr was arrested in November 2022 for child sexual abuse and creating child porn. He was charged with sexual abuse, assault x2 and using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct. Kerr had a large number of priors for offenses including robbery, attempted murder, attempted assault, attempted robbery, criminal mischief, felon in possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon, violation of wildlife tag requirements and purchasing alcohol for a minor.
