She's allegedly connected to the Tristan Romine-Mann (Tristan Isaac) gang within Portland's Antifa. Hopebringer seems to be into environmental issues as many other Antifa in the Isaac group are. She self-identifies as queer and non-binary and she's believed to be a biological female. She's a flutist and play writer and she may play professionally; she's played at numerous Portland venues and local festivals and she was in a band called "Heavy Nettle". She wrote a play on racial justice. Hopebringer's surname may be an alias but she uses it everywhere.
