He was arrested during a protest at the Alamance County (Greensboro/Burlington area) Board of Commissioners meeting in November 2020. He was later convicted on disruption of an official meeting, resisting a public officer and disorderly conduct charges and was fined $250 plus court costs. Green earlier plead guilty to a failure to disperse charge relating to an October 2020 march. The protest was organized by Alamance Alliance 4 Justice Forward Motion Alamance Power to the People Rally (nice succinct name).
