Michelle Lynn Wehner (born Jan. '67) is a radical environmentalist and a member of the radical group Declare Emergency. She may be a member of Extinction Rebellion as well. Wehner was with a group that blocked a D.C. street with coal in January 2022. She was arrested on April Fool's Day in 2022 for blocking a D.C. roadway.
