Michael "Mike" L. Scaturo (Born Nov. '91) styles himself as a freelance journalist who documents Seattle police. Scaturo admitted in an affidavit to having actively participating outside his capacity as a journalist in several Seattle riots. He claims to have attended an August riot in honor of Summer Taylor as a journalist and complained because police were making snarky comments about rioters. Scaturo was also at the 2020 Labor Day riot, supposedly as a journalist. He was previously at the illegal Standing Rock protest in North Dakota and checked in on FB in 2016. Scaturo was at CHAZ/CHOP and took a lot of photos. His freelancing seems to be a side gig. He works as a digital marketing specialist for the Seattle Sounders soccer team.
