Numerous RCA members are connected to him on social media. He self-identifies as an Anarchist on his LinkedIn account. He describes himself as an urbanist and afro-futurist. He's an organizer for OPAL Environmental Justice and is a Transit Equity Representative for Bus Rides Unite! He attended a February 2017 riot and was arrested. He later teamed up with the ACLU to sue Portland police for battery. Romine-Mann was also arrested at a 2018 Patriot Prayer rally. In 2019 he was arrested, along with Jonah Majure (https://antifawatch.net/ViewReport/a6645e17), for throwing glitter mixed with horse lube (don't ask) at police.
