Notes

Jack Donald Quillin runs the LA Scanner account on Twitter which doxxed ICE agents. He's known for operating a police scanner and tweeting things he hears. Quillin denied he doxxed ICE agents but admitted to alerting illegals to the location of ICE agents and raids. His linktree account has links to LAPD and CHP codes and he helpfully posts a link to Preparation H for butt hurt agents. He in turn was doxxed by the Insiderwire account on Twitter. After his doxxing, he posted messages on social media begging people to leave him and his family alone. Some sources claim he's a LGBTQP+++ activist but we didn't really find any evidence in his social accounts. He is a creepy guy who has a prior felony conviction for stalking. He was acquitted of a section 4.421(a)(3) enhancement which usually indicates the stalking victim was a child. Quillin operated out of the L.A. area until recently when he moved to the Houston suburb of Kingwood. Perhaps he moved back to mommy. When he isn't trying to get federal agents killed, he works as a photographer. Be sure and book him for your kid's Bar Mitzvah. https://linktr.ee/lascanner (see pic for documentation)
