Muraco Hol Kyashna-Tocha (DOB: 12/28/59) claimed in a legal pleading to have attended every George Floyd riot / protest in Seattle from May 30th through June 6th. She "protested" in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, aka CHAZ/CHOP, during most of June. She admitted to riding with the Bike Brigade which illegally blocked streets so people could riot and she livestreamed part of a July 2020 riot. She was one of the plaintiffs in a lawsuit against the city. She ran the Green Buddha marijuana co-op in the Ravenna neighborhood for years. Her shop may have closed permanently, possibly due to mismanagement. Its average Yelp rating was one-star which is hard to do. Muraco was described by customers as very rude. She appears to have been a drug dealer before she got into legal pot and has a 1998 drug conviction for distributing a controlled substance. I'm not sure how someone with a prior drug offense gets a license to run an MJ dispensary. She works in IT when she isn't dealing drugs. She's founded several strange organizations such as the Center for Intersensual Living and the Church of the Gnostic Vine. https://web.archive.org/web/20230725161555/https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.wawd.286633/gov.uscourts.wawd.286633.1.0.pdf (p 19) https://archive.ph/kebxC (Dispensary) https://archive.ph/L3yiT https://www.pscp.tv/w/1vAGRrpXMlDGl (Her livestream) https://archive.ph/LFoyz https://www.linkedin.com/in/muraco
