Full name: Benjamin Pinkney Jones. DOB: 12/25/90. Jones was part of a group known as the Cascadia Forest Defenders that hung a banner from the top of the Oregon State Capitol in Salem in 2013. He was charged with criminal trespass, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct for his role in the stunt. Jones may have been involved in a 2011 "direct action" at Elliot state forest in Coos County Oregon. He participated in an environmentalist takeover of a Best Western billboard along I-5 in Oregon in 2014. Jones has several arrests in Washington state for crimes such as criminal trespass and burglary but it's unknown if these were protest related. He was a Eugene resident at the time of the protest but has since moved to Washington state.
