William "Will" John Layng (DOB: 01/21/78) is allegedly connected on social media to the Von Gilbert/Smith faction of Rose City Antifa. Layng works for SEIU in a managerial position and was formerly a director at Jobs with Justice. He appears to have left Jobs with Justice under a cloud as there were accusations he was a racist, misogynist, classist and heterosexualist. He must have really pissed off a lot of people as there appears to have been an organized campaign to remove him from his position (See photos). Lang tucked his tail between his legs and schlepped back to the SIEU. Like most members of the Von Gilbert/Smith faction, he's more of an armchair intelligentsia Antifa with no criminal record and nothing to tie him directly to rioting. He's possibly an attorney as a William J. Layng practiced law in the Atlanta area or it might be his father. However, Layng's LinkedIn page doesn't reference a law degree. He's also the front man for a southern rock band known as Will Layng and the Ribs. He originally hails from Georgia and has a B.A. in anthropology from the University of Georgia.
