AKA Awkword, he's a Jewish Antifa rapper and wannabe gansta based in New York City. He describes himself as a John Brown like mad Jew. He's said in an interview that he's actively fighting "fascism" and he was called an Antifa activist by Andy Ngo. Mandelbaum has referred to Trump as a fascist. He's a Bernie Bro who sued New York state to get Sanders on the ballot. He was paid by Occupy to create rap songs and videos. Mandelbaum wants to fully abolish police and replace them with community watches. Mandelbaum has four known Twitter accounts, some of which have antifascist messages. His mother was a '60s radical and he became an organizer at age 16. He grew up in the conservative town of Ridgefield Connecticut and claims to have been the subject of antisemitic attacks in high school. Some of his claims seem a bit far-fetched such as his claim that many people in Connecticut flew Confederate flags and that he would immediately walk up to people with flags and punch them in the face. Despite his attempt to portray himself as a gangsta, Mandelbaum has a sociology degree from prestigious Vassar College.
