AKA "Skelly" (misspelled as "Skully" by police). Stafford was one of the Cleveland Four who conspired to blow up a bridge in Cleveland 2012. He was affiliated with the Occupy movement prior to his Cleveland Four activities. Unfortunately for Stafford, the group was working with an FBI informant. Stafford's job was to help with surveillance the night of the bombing. He was charged with malicious attempted use of an explosive device and attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction. His buds all plead guilty but Stafford went to trial and was convicted on all counts. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison and placed on lifetime parole. Stafford was a frequent guest at the Lorain and Cuyahoga county jails and had numerous priors including arrests for assault, drug offenses, weapons charges, vandalism and criminal trespassing. Full name Adrian Vincent Guerrero. AKA "Itztli Nexcoyotl", aka "Lobo Negro". He was arrested at Portland's 2012 May Day riot and charged with interfering with a police officer. He was arrested again in July 2012 for interfering. In October 2012 he was arrested for assault, criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct and obstructing governmental or judicial administration. A resident of northern California, Guerrero was a student at Lewis and Clark college at the time of the Occupy protests. He was a member of the cross-country team and majored in international affairs. While at Lewis and Clark, he created supposedly satirical racially offensive posters protesting white students performing the Pacific Islander haka dance. Guerrero is half Peruvian, half Mexican so I'm not sure why he cared. One of his posters was titled ""Be like niggy." His stunt landed him in hot water with Lewis and Clark's administration and he was found administratively guilty of a hate- and bias-related incident as well as disorderly conduct and harassment. While a student at L&C, he participated at the 6th Annual Ray Warren Multicultural Symposium where he gave a "race monologue". He has ties to The Black Working Group and Blazing Arrow Organization of Portland. In 2014 after moving back to norther Cali, he was called out by FreeRadicalRadio for being a "rapist" and "abuser" although he has no arrests for these offenses. Good Oakland area Antifa were directed to make Guerrero feel unwelcome. He claims "Malcolm X" is his favorite book. Guerrero has ties to several addresses in northern California. He was charged with criminal trespassing for actions inside a Wells Fargo bank branch but the charge was dismissed. He was the garden manager for the Washington Youth Garden's Green Ambassador Program in D.C. in the mid 2010s. He was affiliated with DC Stampede, an organization that helped organize the J20 protest in 2017. He presumably took part in the riots but doesn't show up in arrest records. Dacks was also an organizer with the Portland Central America Solidarity Committee (PCASC) during the same time period. PCASC is a Sandinista aligned organization that was "born" on the same date the Sandinistas came to power in Nicaragua. In 2013 he took part in a one day "hunger strike" to show solidarity with some cause. Dacks took a bike trip through Central America during the pandemic, probably to escape Oregon's draconian Chinese COVID lockdown. He wore a full beard as recently as 2020 but was clean shaven in his youth and he looked markedly different.
