Notes
According to a 2016 criminal investigation by the California Highway Patrol (CHP) recently obtained by the William McKinley Institute, Nicholas Denzil McClung "arrived at the California State Capitol to support a planned action to deny the Traditionalist Worker Party (TWP) from assembling and speaking at their event." According to the report, "McLung was observed wearing 'black bloc' attire" and "at approximately 1142 hours, a small group of protesters notified the large group assembled on the west side, the TWP affiliates were marching toward the south side of the Capitol. McClung joined the large group of protesters who ran to the south side of the Capitol to prevent TWP affiliates from coming onto Capitol grounds....McLung was observed at the front of the protesters, throwing a bottle at TWP affiliates." McLung went on to attack TWP affiliates with his skateboard.
