Notes

Timothy "Tim" Mariano Hernandez (DOB: 02/25/97) is a self-identified Marxist, Colorado State Rep. and teacher who was interviewed by a constituent at a pro-Hamas rally in October 2023. Hernandez refused to condemn the killing of Israeli women and children by Hamas. After the man turned his camera off, Hernandez allegedly threatened him and said, "I'm a gansta". He later backtracked on social media, issuing a lame apology. Hernandez has never won election, rather he was appointed to a vacant seat by a legislative committee. He's an ethnic studies teacher at Aurora West College Preparatory Academy. He flies numerous radical and commie flags on his classroom wall. A student asked him why he doesn't have an American flag in his classroom, and he replied that he won't fly imperialist flags. Hernandez has called for a forceful revolution. He's a member of the Democratic Socialists of America. He still lives with his mother in north Denver. https://archive.ph/UvGSH https://twitter.com/i/status/1711912520703750273 https://archive.ph/XzcOJ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tim_Hern%C3%A1ndez
