James Lee Marsicano (DOB: 03/21/93) was arrested at a 2016 protest in Charlotte and charged with impeding traffic, resisting a public officer and disorderly conduct. He was arrested again at a Charlotte George Floyd riot in 2020 for assaulting a police officer.
