Notes

Frank Edward Gibson, aka Frank Gottie, (DOB: 11/10/82) is a convicted felon and former or current drug dealer who was one of the leaders of a May 2020 Memphis George Floyd protest that turned into a riot. In his youth, he was the leader of the Eight-Tray Criminal Hoover gang. He's a long-time criminal who has criminal charges for minor in possession of alcohol, contempt of juvenile court, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, evading arrest, unlawful possession of a weapon, aggravated assault, harassment, domestic assault, resisting official detention and bail violation. This is the kind of fine, upstanding gentleman who leads BLM protests. In 2016, he invented a new form of assault and battery when he attempted to steal a car battery from a woman and when she resisted, he pushed her down and drove off with the battery. The mayor of Memphis has consulted this career criminal for ideas on reforming the police. He lives in Memphis. Gibson uses the alias "Frank Gottie" in public. The choice of Gottie as his fake surname may be a reference to the infamous Mob boss John Gotti. https://archive.ph/kgPUg https://archive.ph/z9XcP https://archive.ph/oLCWD
