Felipe Sousa-Lazaballet, aka Felipe Lazaballet, aka Felipe Sousa Matos Rodriguez, (born Sep. '89) is a Florida radical who participated in a May 2023 insurrection at the Florida state capitol and was arrested for trespassing. His only other prior was for MJ possession in 2013 and he filed for bankruptcy in the same year. His LinkedIn profile describes him as a multi-lingual, dynamic and passionate LGBTQ+ immigrant leader. He appears to have been employed as the Executive Director at the Hope Community Center in Orlando at the time. He used to work as an LGBTQ+++ inclusion, diversity and equity liaison for the mayor's office. Sousa-Lazaballet immigrated to the U.S. from Brazil at age 14. He lives in Orlando with his gay "husband" and uses a combined surname.
