Marguerite Lori Richard, aka "Queen Pearl", aka "Pearl Richard", (Born Sep. '55) was seen at CHAZ/CHOP in Seattle in 2020. She's the founder of the Black Action Network. Richard ran for city council in 2017 and presumably lost. She didn't raise a dime in contributions. She seems to like suing people. Richard sued the Seattle Housing Authority in the 1990s for supposed discrimination due to second hand cigarette smoke that she claimed aggravated her respiratory condition. In 2016, she filed an illegible, disjointed pleading with a court and the city had it thrown out. At first we thought she might be a fake woman because she's used tranny sounding pseudonyms in the past and she looks like a man. However, she's been legally named Marguerite for decades and pretty much looked the same all those years so we've concluded she's just an ugly old ho. Her sister claims Richard is an accomplished gospel singer.
