Barbie Ruth Minor (born Mar. '77) is a marketing executive for Columbia Sportswear who, according the Andy Ngo, attended the 2020 riots in Portland. In November 2023, she was recorded at a pro-Hamas rally where she used a microphone to shout that Hama's terrorist attacks were justified. She's on the Board of Directors of the Tualatin Hills Park and Recreation District. She's also a member, possibly an officer, of Love Grows, LLC which seems to be some sort of farmers' market group.
