Notes

Stanley Terrence Phillips, aka Teddy Phillips, aka "Stan the Artist", (Born Sep. '88) was one of the artists who painted a huge "Black Lives Mater" on a street in the CHAZ zone in Seattle during the June 2020 occupation. He also designed a BLM app for Google phones. Phillips seems to be fairly prominent in Seattle's radical art community. He usually goes by his nicknames Teddy Phillips or "Stat the Artist" in public. Art may just be his day gig. He has a tech degree and was working for Microsoft for a while. Phillip's last known address was in Seattle but he has ties to Alabama where he grew up. https://archive.ph/MlkpI#selection-1587.33-1587.48 https://archive.ph/WH5W0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=prqaw6Rx8QM&ab_channel=ConvergeMedia
