Aramis Octavia Hamer (Born Jun. '89) curated an arts space at the CHAZ zone and encouraged rioters to make cards and write letters to their ancestors. She was also one of the artists who painted a huge BLM mural on the street at the CHAZ zone. She claims her paintings are inspired by "divine femininity, music, higher consciousness and the cosmos." The cosmos appears to guide her to paint lots of images of nude black women, some with a lesbian theme. Hamer has a nursing degree and was working toward becoming a naturopathic doctor when she gave it all up to paint black booty.
