Rylie Elizabeth Wolff (DOB: 01/27/95) was arrested at a 2017 Portland May Day riot for disorderly conduct. Wolff claims to be "non-binary" but is probably a biological woman (she's 5'5"). She was an honors student at North Medford HS. Wolff has a degree in social work from Portland Community College and it took her at least three years to earn the two year degree. While at PCC she crusaded to make all restrooms "gender neutral". She works as a special education assistant for the Hillsboro district, no doubt helping keep the Antifa kids in line.
