William "BJ" James Viehl (born May '86) is an animal rights radical who released mink from a Utah farm in 2008 and was convicted under Utah's Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act. He had his bail revoked for communicating with members of the Animal Liberation Front (ALF). Court records suggest he may have attempted to raid two other Utah farms. Viehl received a two-year sentence.
