Floyd J. Mangrum (DOB: 01/04/60) is allegedly connected to multiple factions within Rose City Antifa. He seems to advocate mostly for tenant issues. This little (5'3") old man has a rap sheet a mile long. He seems to have worked as a drug dealer as he has arrests for possession and distribution of meth. Floyd also pays for his poontang, or in his case probably dong, as he has an arrest for solicitation of prostitution. He appears to have peddled his wrinkled old ass to the Portland fag community. Old Floyd has what appears to be a prostitution arrest (it might be solicitation) in a 1995 incident in which he was also charged with public indecency, identity theft, forgery, delivery of meth and possession of a forged instrument. He got his butt slammed three years in the slammer for the offenses.
