Rodrigo E. Melgarejo (DOB: 09/07/83) is a Portland artist and fake journalist who describes himself on Twitter as a domestic terrorist since birth. Melgarejo was manhandled by police at a September 2020 riot in Portland, probably because they knew he wasn't really a journalist. He attended numerous other Portland riots during the Summer and Fall of 2020. Melgarejo teamed up with NightOwl Apparel, a business owned by Portland radical Michelle Hill and a few other Antifa types to raise money to bail Antifa rioters out of jail.
