Notes
Richard "Rich" Joseph Marini (DOB: 08/29/74) is a software engineer affiliated with the communist groups the Revolutionary Communist Party (Revcoms) and RefuseFascism. He's also active in the anti-war group World Can't Wait. He was arrested in Philadelphia in 2009 for disrupting an Army educational display in a mall and was charged with criminal conspiracy and failure to disperse. He was arrested at some sort of riot in Virginia in early 2011 and charged with failure to disperse in a riot and malicious interference with traffic. Later in 2011, he was kicked out of a Henry Kissinger speech when he attempted a citizen's arrest of Kissinger. He was physically removed from a 2019 meeting of the United Against a Nuclear Iran organization but does not appear to have been arrested. Marini was one of the signers of RefuseFascism's infamous petition that duped many liberals into supporting the policies of commies. Unlike many of the morons who signed the document, Marini actually is a commie. In addition to his criminal record, he had a state tax lien of over $36K. Marini lives in a house valued at over $700K in northern New Jersey. He works for the Simons Foundation. https://archive.ph/uL1UZ https://archive.ph/6jQjX https://archive.ph/6PZ3n https://web.archive.org/web/20220923014627/https://www.keywiki.org/REFUSE_FASCISM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GpJKypu1ROI&ab_channel=RichardMarini https://www.linkedin.com/in/richardjmarini
