Rodriguez was arrested for threatening to kill several Fox News anchors hundreds of times. He called the Fox employees "Nazis" and threatened to crack, smash or split their skulls and said he would skin them. Rodriguez was Federally charged with cyberstalking and threatening interstate communications. Left-wing Manhattan Federal prosecutors gave Rodriguez a deferred prosecution agreement that required him to seek mental help and to refrain from issuing threats. He broke the agreement in August 2022 but the prosecutors still declined to prosecute Rodriguez. He claimed he went off his meds. https://archive.ph/hSD6r
