Notes

Her brother was killed by police while looting a Walgreens in Vellejo during a 2020 George Floyd riot. The officer was later cleared of any wrongdoing. She organized an anti-police protest at the California governor's mansion with her sister Ashley in October 2020. Both sisters and 15 other people were arrested. She was charged with trespassing, unlawful assembly, failure to disperse and conspiring to commit a crime against the governor. The charges against the Monterossa sisters were later dropped. Her father was a surgeon in Argentina and the family immigrated to the U.S., presumably to escape Argentina's left-wing government. Her dad couldn't meet the strict licensing requirements for American doctors and had to take crappy jobs which forced the family to live in semi-poverty. Monterossa works as a Lifeworks Coordinator for Horizons Unlimited of San Francisco. Her residence is uncertain but her family lives in SF and she works in the city, so she probably lives in San Franciso. https://archive.ph/EkkB8 https://www.linkedin.com/in/michelle-monterrosa-2392a5239
