Notes
Kevin Lamarr Ousley (DOB:03/12/73) is a convicted sex offender who somehow managed to earn early release just in time for the 2020 riots. He was arrested at a May 2020 George Floyd riot in Brooklyn Center, MN for looting a Walgreens and was convicted on a theft charge. Ousley was previously convicted on a "criminal sexual conduct, significant relationship, under 16-multiple acts" charge. He must have been released from prison early because he received 7.5 years. It appears that Minnesota is well on its way to abolishing the prisons. https://archive.vn/vTTCW https://public.flourish.studio/visualisation/6261414/ (Pg. 3)
