Kevin Lamarr Ousley (DOB:03/12/73) is a convicted sex offender who somehow managed to earn early release just in time for the 2020 riots. He was arrested at a May 2020 George Floyd riot in Brooklyn Center, MN for looting a Walgreens and was convicted on a theft charge. Ousley was previously convicted on a "criminal sexual conduct, significant relationship, under 16-multiple acts" charge. He must have been released from prison early because he received 7.5 years. It appears that Minnesota is well on its way to abolishing the prisons. (Pg. 3)
