Thomas "Tom" Burke, aka Tomas de Bourgha, is a Marxist and the former Organizing Secretary for the Chinese funded Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO). He's been a member since 1988. Burke's home was raided by the FBI in 2010 during a terrorism investigation. In 2020, he was part of a labor delegation to Venezuela. He's an associate of and has been seen at events with fellow Minneapolis FRSO members Michael "Mick" Kelly and Stephanie Yorek (https://antifawatch.net/ViewReport/05a8b1e6). The trio participated in the infamous J20 riot in D.C., an insurrection at which radicals attempted to prevent Trump from becoming president. His address is uncertain. Some sources, including his Twitter account place him in Chicago.
