At the Fargo, ND Justice for Jupiter protest in June 2022, Bradly Steven Moderow walked across the street from the side where the counterprotestors turned out and threatened to come back with a gun to shoot the pro-white protestors. He was stopped by police a short while later where they chose to not arrest him but instead let him go and simply referred him for prosecution. In July 2022, the state chose not to prosecute him. Bradely Steven Moderow has already had several serious run-ins with law enforcement including arrests for warrents related to stolen firearms and drugs. Additionally he was involved in a high speed chase with police. He was a known problem in Fargo, and a repeat offender. Without having an inside scoop it would appear that the DA chose not to prosecute in order to protect a violent antifa foot soldier from justice.
