Megan "Meg" E. White, aka "Mad Dog", born Jul. '87, participated in 2020 George Floyd riots in Sacramento and was also a counter-protester at conservative Stop the Steal protests. At a conservative protest, she was with a group that attacked the Proud Boys and was restrained by police. White claims to have suffered bruising and chemical burns. She was later one of a group of rioters who sued the city. The city settled with the rioters for a relatively modest sum. White runs a community group called Justice Unites Individuals and Communities Everywhere (JUICE) and works as a fitness trainer. She studied dietetics at Sacramento State but never got a degree.
