She's an anarchist and the child of anti-communist Vietnamese refugees. Her father kicked her out of his house when she turned 18 and she turned to prostitution to support herself. She describes herself as a, "very elite, high end hooker" who's queer, tiny and hairy. Rayne is biologically female but identifies as queer/non-binary. She posts a lot of left-wing garbage and X rated photos on Twitter/X. Rayne seems to be friends, at least online with a San Diego antifascist street medic whom we've been unable to identify. She wore a COVID mask until the summer of '24 even though she regularly gets very intimate with strangers. Her name is probably a pseudonym.
