Edward "Ned" Miller Farmer (Born Oct. '65) is a psychotherapist who admitted in court filings to participating in numerous George Floyd era riots in Seattle. He claimed an explosive device shot by police knocked him unconscious at a June 2020 riot. Court filings show that Farmer ignored several dispersal orders by police prior to his injury. He later sued the city. Farmer was never charged in the Seattle riots but he was charged with conspiracy to commit a first degree felony in New Mexico in the early '90s. Prosecutors dropped those charges.
