Marshall Hugh, aka Chaz Marshall, is the lead vocalist / rapper for the Marshall Law Band, a group that functioned as the CHAZ/CHOP occupation zone's house band. The band actually played live in the street during early June 2020 riots when Antifa was attempting to burn down a police precinct in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Hugh is probably half-white himself and his band is majority white, even though it's supposedly a BLM hip-hop funk band. Hugh and his band appear to have briefly become one of the favorites of the liberal oligarch set. The band was supposedly under consideration for a Pulitzer Prize for the album they wrote about CHAZ and the band was invited to perform at a TED talk. Hugh seems to have briefly adopted the moniker "Chaz Marshall" during the days of the CHAZ zone. Hugh doesn't seem to have any social media accounts under his name but his band is on all the major ones.
