Notes

Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree / Full name: Gregory Thomas Liascos, AKA "Moss Man", AKA "Pickachu Man" (DOB: 07/23/74). He was arrested at a 2016 Portland post-election riot. He took his 12 year old daughter to the riot where he wore a Pikachu suit and was arrested for disorderly conduct. His daughter dressed him in the suit so he wouldn't appear threatening (just insane maybe). He has a prior conviction for burglary after breaking into the Rice Northwest Museum of Rocks and Minerals while wearing a camouflage ghillie suit. A police dog found Liascos lying on the ground after officers mistook him for a rock. Liascos failed to show up for trial and was later arrested at his mother's home in Michigan. Liascos works as a carpenter when he's not rioting or burglarizing museums. He runs a non-profit called "Beautiful Portland" and cooks soup for the homeless. In 2020 he was peddling an "earthquake table" that's supposedly able to withstand 50,000 lb. of weight. https://archive.vn/EvcPP https://archive.vn/37Sge
